Letters sent between the Secretary-General of the Grand Priory in the British Realm of the Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem and the Commandery in Southern Africa of the Grand Priory. Their contents concern annual reports of the St John Ambulance Association shared with the Commandery, and errors in the report for 1935. Also included are four copies of the Rhodesia Railways' Bulletin, Numbered 122, 123, 125, and 145, which each contain a short report on St John Ambulance work within Rhodesia Railways.
