Davies (Divisional Superintendent for the St John Ambulance Brigade’s Oamaru Ambulance Division) and the Secretary of The Grand Priory in the British Realm of the Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, regarding publicity from an investiture by Colonel Sir R.
