London Midland and Scottish Railway Centre of St John Ambulance Association Service Medal, awarded to Dr W. Steven

The London Midland and Scottish railway company issued two versions of their service medal: one for the English Ambulance Centre and one for the St. Andrew’s Ambulance Association Scottish Division. Gold or silver-gilt bars could then be awarded to record each further five years of service and be fitted to the original medal with rings above and below the bar.
