The main form added a record of the members District number and number of hospital attendances, Air Raid Precaution instructors, rank and file certificates and reservists, membership of the Civil Nursing Reserve, completed Anti-gas qualifications and ARP attendances in hospital, first aid post or mobile unit. The BF1N is modified in 1944, the APR columns removed, and Civil Defence Attendances added. It is changed again in 1945, and the Civil Defence Attendances no longer recorded.
