The Brigade Record Sheets (BF2) until 1899 collected information on member names, address, enrolment date, profession, qualifications (for ambulance work, languages and military training). And a statement if willing to work in the UK or overseas in case of war and general remarks. The BF2s from 1898 in addition recorded number of drills, duty parades, inspection, pass of annual re-examination, whether efficient and date of cause of leaving the corps. In 1906 the BF2 Brigade Record Sheet also included space for enrolment number and date, name, rank, uniform use, number of drills, duty parades, inspection, pass of annual re-examination, whether efficient and general remarks.
