Re-examination Report Forms

Forms for first aid re-examinations (B.F.11), created to collect and contain information on Brigade members who undertook their first aid re-examinations. The forms contain administrative information, including the names of the Division members undertaking re-examinations, the class of examination taken, and whether the examination was passed or not. Also included is an accompanying letter regarding Private W. Berg's re-examination.
