The Annual Return for 1954 has documentation between the “District Secretary” at St John’s Lane to the Area Commissioner Eastern Area querying the Collier Road Section disbandment not being approved. A further letter from the Officer in Charge of the Borough of Romford Division, responds with clarification of he comment on the 1950 Annual Return.
