London District collar badge
County Emblems are usually worn centrally below the County Flash on both arms of the jacket, black dress, and raincoat on St John Ambulance uniforms. However, the Emblem of the London District with the Prince of Wales's feathers has the privilege of an ancient right to be worn on the jacket collar instead. This was worn by Dorothy Clisby.
