Tarì of Grand Master Philippe Villiers de l'Isle Adam
This is a very rare coin, with only three examples known of. Minted in Rome between the Order’s departure from Rhodes following the 1522 siege and their arrival in Malta in 1530, it is believed this coin was distributed as a gift by Grand Master de L’Isle Adam.
