Queen Elizabeth II attended 'The Great Party', St John Ambulance's centenary event in Hyde Park in 1987. Accompanied by The Duke of Edinburgh and The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, she toured the party and spoke to many who had turned out for the celebration. In this photograph, she is being garlanded with flowers by a young member of St John Ambulance.
