Grand Master Giovanni Battista Orsini
Giovanni Battista Orsini was the thirty-ninth Grand Master of the Order of St John. He became Grand Master a bit by accident, when his predecessor died on papal land. Because of this, the Pope was then granted the right to choose the next Grand Master, and this is when Orsini was chosen.
