1926 Commemorative Medal
A commemorative medal was struck to mark the Pilgrimage of 1926 and the Order’s new Charter. It was presented in silver-gilt to King George V, Queen Mary, the King of Italy, and The Prince of Wales. It was also presented to The Duke of Connaught, the Grand Prior of the Order of St John, whose portrait bust features on the obverse.
