The first volume dates from 5 July 1889 - 17 April 1944. It contains meetings of the General Committee of the Centre as well as Annual General Meeting (AGM) minutes and loose inserts ranging from Division competition winners, Centre rules, printed reports and press cuttings.

The second volumes dates from 19 March 1943 - 24 September 1970, and contains similar content.
