The articles relate to the launch of the Appeal, requests for donations and subscriptions to the appeal, information about the received subscriptions to the Appeal and running totals of funds received, lists of subscribers to the Appeal, how the funds raised by the Appeal will be split between the BRCS and SJAA and how the funds will be used, the St John Ambulance Brigade (SJAB)’s first aid response to the First World War, and a concert at the Albert Hall in aid of the Order of St John’s Ambulance Department (the SJAA and SJAB).
