Competitions

One volume of outgoing letters largely written by St John Ambulance Association (SJAA) Accountant and Director of Stores William R. Edwards relating to general and railway SJAA competitions, 1897-1898. A second volume contains letters sent to railway General Managers with judges reports, team listings and particulars of the competition relating to railway first aid competitions. Teams participated from railways including Central London, Metropolitan and London, Mersey and South West Railway., 1899-1903.

Please note the letter books are indexed by recipient. Also, the volumes include letters created using multiple methods of copying. Due to this some letters are faded and not legible.
